Open evening to allow you to see how the Red Lion at Whittlesford Bridge will look on your special day. Our Events Manager will be available to talk through our packages and show you around our beautiful venue. 

The Red Lion at Whittlesford Bridge is perfect for all kinds of celebration. Birthdays, anniversaries, engagements, funeral receptions: all can be accommodated in a choice of beautifully restored spaces.

Our smart glass-roofed Atrium and spacious Garden Room cater for up to 140, while our oak-beamed bar and private dining room offer a smaller, more intimate experience. For summer events our cottage-style garden, lawn and terrace are perfect for alfresco cocktails, while in the winter, you may prefer to celebrate with drinks by an open fire.

Our menus showcase fresh and locally sourced British produce. We have an extensive wine-list and offer special ‘greeting’ drinks or punch-bowls tailored to your tastes.

If you or any of your guests wish to stay over after the celebrations, we have 18 individually designed bedrooms available, in a range of sizes and styles.
